2B Interactive acquires BBIT Consulting Mijdrecht, the Netherlands: a SAP All-in-One partner with its own proprietary solution for retail and wholesale companies.

- The Business Unit 2B Education is formally established, substantially extending its SAP activities.
- 2B Interactive signs a contract with ROC West-Brabant for the supply of SAP solutions.
- Mr L. Frissen, governor of the province Limburg, the Netherlands, is appointed as a member of the Board of Commissionaries of 2B Interactive.

- 2B Interactive ceases its activities in the lower part of the SAP market, in the Business One segment.
- 2B Interactive appoints prof. dr. W.A.F.G. Vermeend as president commissioner.

2B Interactive is certified as a SAP All-In-One partner.

A strong partnership with SAP develops. That’s because SAP buys the company “Top Tier” and 2B Interactive is the only company that has Top Tier consultants.

- 2B Interactive acquires “Netspiration” and expands its knowledge in Internet integration. It can now provide complete web solutions.
- 2B Interactive reaches the IT & Logistics top three of the most successful ERP implementation partners in the Benelux.
- 2B Interactive takes over the BAAN customers of IBM in the SME-segment.

2B Interactive becomes a reseller and partner of Top Tier, a fast-growing supplier of business portals that can integrate with standard ERP software.
